GRAHAM FM have been awarded the Hard Facilities Management Contract for Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU)

This five year contract will further extend GRAHAM FM’s market share in the higher education sector and enhance their national coverage within the Northwest of England.

GRAHAM FM will be managing and delivering all Hard FM services. This will include mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance to the University’s 44 buildings (including listed buildings) throughout the three Campuses. The contract was previously serviced by a range of suppliers with the University Estates team managing the delivery.

GRAHAM FM will be offering 10 new job opportunities in the Liverpool area and appointing a number of local SME’s to support our service delivery. GRAHAM FM has already engaged with local businesses in Liverpool following a Meet the Buyer Event in 2017.

Liverpool John Moores University is a welcome addition to our extensive education client base. We will add value to LJMU bring a wealth of experience gained from similar contracts in the higher education sector.
