GRAHAM FM SECURE A FIRST CLASS WIN AT DUBLIN CITY UNIVERSITY
GRAHAM FM will be delivering Hard FM services to Dublin City University (DCU).
The five year contract will deliver mechanical, electrical, building fabric maintenance, handyman, projects and helpdesk services to all of Dublin City University’s campuses including student accommodation.
The University estate consists of over 70 buildings with a total circa of 278,709m2. Spread over five campuses located in North West of Dublin City all in close proximity to each other, with a further two remote sites at Ryan Academy, Dublin and DCU in the Community at Ballymun.
GRAHAM FM will be creating 15 new jobs in the area. This contract strengthens our position within the Republic of Ireland Facilities Management market.
GRAHAM FM has a wealth of experience within the higher education FM market and will be applying best practice techniques to the university. GRAHAM FM will use our CAFM and Mobile Working technology on the contract for maximum efficiency and value. This system will allow works to be managed and monitored in ‘real time’.
