Having almost two decades of experience in the management and delivery of facility management services to PPP/PFI projects within sectors such as Education, Healthcare and Highways demonstrates our ability for providing services operating under output based specifications.

Our Background

In 1997, we secured the contract for delivery of Hard FM Services to the 45 bed Belfast City Hospital Renal Dialysis Unit, which was one of the first PFI projects ever awarded. In November 2013, GRAHAM FM was one of the few companies in the UK to have reached the end of a PFI concession successfully handing back the unit to the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust in full compliance with our contractual lifecycle obligations.

In 1999, we commenced delivery of Facility Management services to four PFI Education pathfinder projects in Northern Ireland. These projects included two large secondary schools (Wellington College and St Gerard’s School) and two Further Education College Campuses (Belfast Metropolitan College - Millfield and North West Regional College) under 25 year concessions. GRAHAM FM continues to deliver FM services to these facilities and our dedicated contract managers and helpdesk work in close partnership with the school Principals and College Directors to tailor FM services to meet the day to day operational requirements.

In 2007, GRAHAM FM took ownership of 145 lane km of main trunk road in Northern Ireland (including M2, M5, M22, Westlink and M1 to Sprucefield) following the award of the maintenance and lifecycle replacement contract for DBF01 Roads PPP. This contract includes lighting repairs and upgrading highway lighting on all afore mentioned routes.

More recently we secured FM contracts on other PPP projects including the South East Regional College, Lagan College and Tor Bank Special Educational Needs School along with a further four new Healthcare Facilities procured via the Scottish Futures Trust non-profit distribution (NPD) model.

These contracts demonstrate not only the ability of GRAHAM FM to manage and deliver a wide range of individual FM services but also to manage and deliver planned lifecycle maintenance and project works.
